Antonymph (1 year anniversary remix)

ANTONYMPH came out one year ago today. I was sitting at my computer when I saw youTube show the thumbnail in my recommendations, and being a fan of Vylet's other music and of Fluttershy I clicked to watch the live premiere, not knowing what to expect. I certainly wasn't expecting to watch what ended up being one of my favorite songs of all time, from my favorite album of all time. The entire next week, youTube kept suggesting the video, and every time I kept clicking it. It was stuck in my head until the next Vylet song dropped.

I know this song means so much to so many people, myself included. The two days after the song released, I ended up writing a nostalgic track for my first dustcar race the next Monday. I'm not sure I would have written that song if Antonymph hadn't put me in that headspace, even if its influence was only subconscious. Dustcar completely transformed my time in the fandom, and I stand here today knowing that this last year has been my personal favorite year in the fandom. So in some sense, this song was the start of a completely new era, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything that's followed.
